I live in the heart of the area recently declared a disaster area by the October storm. We are fine.  We only lost electric and phone for 4 days, many are still without power. Please join me in praying for those still suffering.  Pray that I will also be able to replace my main desktop computer which I lost.  I do all my church work and internet ministry by computer, and it will be very difficult for me to replace all the programs that I had.  Please pray about this also.

Dumping buckets of water on the number 3 reactor, is like throwing a cup of water down the mouth of a volcano.  The people who are engaged in these last ditch efforts, have gladly accepted their death sentence in the true Japanese Kamikaze spirit. They are brave souls indeed.  But the tragedy is so very sad, as the government of Japan continues to pour billions into the Japaneses stock market to protect the almighty Yen and the rich Billionaire investors of Japan. 

All the while, the hundreds of thousands of people in the ravaged area up north, have been left to fend for themselves, and now they are virtually cut off by this exclusion zone, which has been expanded around the 5 damaged and melting reactors.  This is far from over, and the government of Japan is more concerned about the super-rich than the suffering super poor, that are filling the homeless shelters, if they can get in, by the hundreds of thousands. This fiasco, and irresponsible behavior of the Japanese government needs to end. The priority is not the stock market.  The priority are the dead, the dying, the homeless and the ending of the nuclear apocalypse that is happening as we write.  Only God can stop this mess, and it's time for the prayer warriors everywhere to beseech the Lord for mercy at this time.  If the meltdown is to be stopped, it is not by tossing a few drops of water on a wild fire.  It is by the hand of God alone.

Join me this Sunday Night at 6:30 for the start of a New Bible Studies Series on "Predestination".  Many people have lots of questions about this important Bible Doctrine. And this is your opportunity to get your questions answered in an informal Bible Study Setting.  Each study will feature Scriptures and teaching on the issues surrounding the doctrine of predestination.  It will include the history of the doctrine, the implications of it, and how it relates to human will, witnessing, prayer and other things.  This doctrine is one of the most important doctrines of the Bible, so being confused about it, will lead to confusion in many areas.

Bring your Bible, and note pad.  Bring your questions, and please come. But only come if you do not have something going on at your own church.   We do not want to take you from your own church.  You belong where you belong.  But if you have no commitments there, then please join us.  These studies are great and we always leave plenty of time for your questions and answers at the end.  All welcome, even opposing viewpoints.
